Accession Report Language Problem

Dear Sir,
We our library have around 5000 tamil books, when I generate accession registrar record that only visible
english book but tamil books details are shown some unidentified texts. please help regard is matter.

Sir,
You have been seeing the Tamil characters as boxes. Please follow the below steps
1. Generate the report afresh
2. Open the csv file with OpenOffice. At this time OpenOffice asks for character encoding, select UTF-8 or Unicode

If you are using Microsoft Office. There will be an option to import data. Select it and select the type of data as text file. At this point of time microsoft office also prompts the character encoding, please select Unicode/UTF-8.

You will now be able to see your Tamil characters

Sir,
The CSV files open in Excel or any Spreadsheet application. You can save it as xls or xlsx formats using those applications
