Can't login to the German Language

Hello NGL team!

I'm A German Librian.

For the first start I can select only in the “LIBRARY and information center” with the selection for the login 15 languages in the Pulldown menu. The language German is not selectable. Also I do not get menus in German language indicated.
What shall I do. As reference i used the URL:

http://sdmcbm.ac.in/newgenlibctxt/leftSideAction.do?changeLan=change&selLanguage=de_DE



So similarly  as shown there I would like to realize also  the appearance for our school in Germany.
