Cannot login Clients User

[Norin]

Dear NGL Team

I have more problem when i create Librarian User, i cannot login. It's also show like this.

My NGL ver 3.04 R3 , New installation.

When you create  a new user
1. Make sure that "Staff of library" is selected
2. Also check patron category. For an initial check select "System Administrator"
3. Patron Id will be your User Id and Password by default will be "abc"

why i cannot selected another category, all way should selected  System Administrator?
