Current Reservation Report

i cannot generate current reservation report.
it's stacked with "started rendering the report" but it won't show the report.

Hi,
Can you directly generate the report into C:/ or D:/ drive  and check again
I hope you are using NGL3.0.3U4

how to directly generate report?

You are providing a location for csv file to be generated..right?
Let that location be C: or D: directly and not any sub folders.
Please let us know the result

it doesn't ask for the location to where should i put the file.
before, the report pop-up with a jasper reader.
