If you are getting a message "Undefined" it is due to Springer
OpenAccess documents.
The problem resides at the Springer RESTFUL API. Though the data
expected from Springer Server is JSON message format, it is
currently returning a XML header.
We are trying to develop a work around for this. Till that time we
request you to disable the Springer Open Access in your
Discover.properties (present in C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles
directory)
