a critical error has occurred on the new genlib server the following steps with help you to send the problem to the newgenlib software support
retrive log file and mail it to new genlib customer support this type msg

Please go to Administration -> Configure System -> General Setup parameters -> Technical Processing Tab -> Customize Holdings Fields Table -> Click on "Defaults" button and then click on "Ok" to save changes
No you will not have that problem
