Discussion Tab get error message...!

Dear Sir,
I have been using NGL 3.1 with CentOS 7....nearly 2 years it work fine, But now during I have a lot of member to post the discussion....It get error message with Discussions Tab. I have upload the error image too...! please help me...! what is the problem...!
