Display and upload of ebook on OPAC

I have followed the instructions on http://www.verussolutions.biz/kb/setupDigitalAttachments and yet I can't get ebooks in the DigitalAttachments/CatalogueRecords directory to display on the NGL OPAC. Any further pointers will be appreciated.
