Duplicate data Checking problem

Dear Sir,
when I using duplicate checking tools that reply FOUND 0 records sometimes that results is correct.
(ie. when I entered Title then using duplicate checking sometimes results is correct sometimes results is incorrect ) please help me....

When you doing dupe-check in Primary Cataloguing, till the results are fetched the results are shown as zero count. But once results are fetched the actually count is shown. So  you need to wait for a few seconds for the actual count of results.
In the next update we will make the message more relevant and appropriate
