Sir,
Are you installing EOD on the server or on the client?
Because installation instructions for both of them are different.
Secondly are you using Windows 7? If yes, there is a patch file.
You can also send your details to support email directly so that we will help you through remote desktop to solve the issue

May I know from which version you upgraded? If you upgraded from Version 2 of NewGenLib then you must update your EOD installation also

Good day! I'd like to know what does the "Dispatch Emails" in one of the End of Day processes do? What is that exactly for? Thanks in advance for the answer!

While we're at it, I also don't know why there is a "Update Patron database" and "Renewal notices" in the EOD. I thought that updating the patron database is instantaneous and the renewal notice will get sent as soon as the patron applies for renewal. That is not the case?

We are now moving the EOD (Tasks to-do) into the librarian's interface. Please wait for the upcoming nightly build for this feature.
