Error during installation on ubuntu 14.04.

I get this error during installation of newgenlib
BUILD FAILED
/home/rakesh/InstallNGL3.1/apache-ant-1.8.1/bin/Installation.xml:143:
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/usr/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles/ENV_VAR.txt (No such file or
directory)

actually the problem is not with the file. try to install ngl in root user.
for that open terminal and type sudo su then press enter. then it ask system password for enter into root user.
after enter into root mode installngl then it will install successfully
