Error on server

Dear Sir,

Newgenlib Server is not starting. It comes upto
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.mchange.v2.log.MLog).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly .

1. Close the server
2. Kindly check the dbconnection.xml file present in C:/NewGenLibFiles/HibernateConfig
If your old IP is there replace it with new IP
3. Start the server
