Is there a way to export entire book/resource entries to excel format? If it is not possible what tables/columns contain bibliographic data?

Reports -> Acquisitions ->
Accession Register (Complete) (.cvs format is the export format)
Or Utilities -> Export Data (MARC Communication format) On 09/11/2012 01:35 PM, onehomelist [via NewGenLib] wrote: Is there a way to export entire book/resource entries to excel format? The .csv file did not have the following columns:
1.Subjects 2. Subtitle 3. Joint author 4. Electronic location (url) 5. Series name and number 6. Language of record (Kannada, English, Hindi) 7. General note (Book reviews, summary) 8. Material type (Book, Project report, Cd etc) If there is no tool to export the above data to csv, please help me with this postgresql tool: http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.4/static/sql-copy.html

Hi,
If you need all the columns then MARC21 format will be the best one. However please see the below tables for quick reference 1. Searchable_cataloguerecord 2. cat_volume 3. document On 09/12/2012 06:26 AM, onehomelist [via NewGenLib] wrote: The .csv file did not have the following columns: -- Regards NewGenLib Open Source Support Team
