HTTP 404 problem - Version 3.0 NewGenLib

Dear All,

I have installed on Windows XP, but getting the following problem.

HTTP Status 404 -

type Status report

message

description The requested resource () is not available.
Apache Tomcat/6.0.32

I tried with some of the solutions mentioned in the list, but problem still persist, please help.

This problem takes place when the installation process exits because of a error.
1. This problem is rectified in v3.0.3 u3 build. We hope you are using that version for installation. If not, please download the mentioned version
2. If you are using 3.0.3 u3 and you still have this problem, then create a file output3_0_2.sql in the home directory and run the installation again

I updated with version 3.0.3, but now Tomcat is not working. Please let me know, why it is so?

Check the URL http://localhost:8080 . If you are able to open the Tomcat home page then it means that the Apache server is running fine. But the upgrade did not take place correctly. I hope you have downloaded and are using Version 3.0.3 U3. If no, we recommend to use this.
If yes, a quick fix would be is to copy web.war file from Installation3.0/upgrade303/ directory to C:/NewGenLibFiles directory.

But it is recommended to run the upgrade again.

Thanks for your useful tips, problem has been resolved. I could able to see the NewGenLib loaded.
