How backup my library?

Dear Sir,

I have my library using NGL and have a lot of customize (http://library.opendevelopmentcambodia.net/), I want to backup my library both database and front end to put on my local PC. What I need to do make sure that everything will working fine the same as the one on my server? How to do that?

8.  C:/NGL3/BookCovers
9. C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/webapps/resources
10. Directory mentioned in ATTACHMENTS_PATH property of
C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles/ENV_VAR.txt file
