How to add the picture of book Cover?

Dear all,
1. How to add  the picture of book Cover?

2. What's the concept of sublocation? In the Sublocation only 'General reading ' parameter is given? What  could be the other parameter? As serach in OPAc can be done by sublocation wise.

Book covers:
Scan and place image of the book cover with the file name <ISBN with out any dashes or spaces>.jpeg

Sublocation: Major section/building within a library.
Shelving location: Shelf, racks in the library
You can search with in a sub location. Please see Search limits

In which folder I will place the image? During cataloguing, How do I add the image? For instance during creation of new patron we can add photo and that is being saved in C:\NewGenLibFiles\PatronPhotos\LIB_1.

C:/NGL3/BookCovers directory
C:/NGL302/BookCovers directory
Place the book covers in this directory
