How to build NGL using updated source file?

lightshine
Dear NGL, Can you give us a detailed step by step instructions as to how to build NGL from the scratch? I would like to try to build NGL using the latest source for Apache-ant-1.9.3, Apache-tomcat-7.0.52 and Postgre v9.3.4. Thank you.

Verus Open Source Support
1. Use Netbeans with J2EE support
2. All the projects are available in NGLWorkingCopy
3. You must use Subversion to check out the projects
4. Jars are available in ImportantFiles directory. Also, jars can be taken from binaries (lib directory)
