Sir, Once any sort of transaction has
taken place on a Patron Id, it cannot be deleted. And hence the
Patron category. You can send the backup to
support<attherate>verussolutions.biz
We will do the clearing up for you
However in the future versions we will be providing forceful
deletion of Patrons even after transactions have taken place
