How to edit "Library Name and Network Name " in NGL 3.1 run on the CentOS 7

Dear All,

I have configured the NGL3.1 in Centos 7 as the server, And it run as the default , such webopac...!
 And then, Please show me how to customize the Library Name and Network Name on the webopac , to be my Library's Name...!
