Please download
http://apache.cs.utah.edu/tomcat/tomcat-6/v6.0.37/bin/apache-tomcat-6.0.37.exe
And install it
Copy the following files from C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32 to the the new apache tomcat installation

Stop NGL Server. Also stop Apache tomcat service after above installation
1.
Copy these below files
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/conf/Catalina/localhost/apache-solr-auth.xml
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/conf/Catalina/localhost/apache-solr-bib.xml
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/conf/Catalina/localhost/apache-solr-discussion.xml
C:/siddartha/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/conf/Catalina/localhost/apache-solr-user.xml
C:/siddartha/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/conf/Catalina/localhost/desktop.xml
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/conf/Catalina/localhost/newgenlibctxt.xml
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/conf/Catalina/localhost/NGLFTE.xml

To
equivalent directory in the new apache tomcat installation

2.
Copy these below files
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/webapps/desktop
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/webapps/OCClient
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/webapps/resources
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/webapps/yui
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/webapps/NGLFTE.war

To
equivalent directory in the new apache tomcat installation

3. Open C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles/ENV_VAR.txt using a text editor
Change
TOMCAT_HOME=C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32
To
TOMCAT_HOME=<new path of apache tomcat>

Now start Apache Tomcat service to see the new server in effect
