Re: How to use OPAC ?

Verus Open Source Support
After the successful installation of NGL, run the NGL Server (Apache Tomcat)

Now, open a browser (Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari) and type http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt
If you are on a system other than the Server, then make a note of the IP address of the server. And on that system type <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://">http://<ip of the server>:8080/newgenlibctxt

This will open the OPAC.
OPAC means Online Public Access Catalogue. This is an interface through which your users can access the library collection and other services

How do I know Apache Tomcat has been installed ?
I have open the browser and type http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt, it still show the old interface.
Do I need to upgrade the version of NewGenLib ?

Thanks,
- Saren
