Issue with Form Layout on Netbooks while entering "Bibliographic Details"

Hi,

I have the following issue of form input names getting mangled up while entering "Bibliographic Details". I am using a netbook for the software. It seems like an issue with the small screen as the same form appears fine on a computer with a larger screen. Can someone please help / reply?

It happens in some cases. Due to the error in browser the same problem may occur. If possible format your machine or else change your browser.
