Java is not supported with Khmer Unicode.

Dear All.

I follow by forum. I try to config Khmer Unicode with Java. But I still have problem. Do you have any ideas for this problem?

If you have created your fontconfig.properties
1. Check if you have installed Khmer OS Unicode Font
2. If you are have multiple installation of jre and jdk. Make sure you place all your fontconfig.properties in all the jre/lib directories
3. Remove the font Arial MS Unicode from your fonts

I have issue with Oracle form where Khmer text are displaying as Box in form. I am using windows 7 with java 8.
I found that its related to font.
My questions is  what needs to be updated in fontconfig.properties . what are the value details to be updated . I have intalled display language "KhmerUI"

I found the simplest solution to this issue. The solution is to add fallback font
The end user needs to place Khmer font files in java fallback folder at directory:/jre/lib/fonts/fallback
This directory may not exist on your system. So just create it if it's not already there.

1) Navigate to the directory jre/lib/fonts/
2) Under this directory create a folder called "fallback"

Example of path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_111\lib\fonts\fallback
3) Search the set of font  files  KhmerUI.ttf and KhmerUIb.ttf  under C:\Windows\winsxs\
4) Copy these two files to jre/lib/fonts/fallback directory
 5) once its done , you can type and view Khmer fonts in form application
