We are in the process of fully rolling out the NewGenLib system in

We have asked users to sign up on the OPAC. When they are approved
using the Librarian Interface, and they try to log on to the
system with the default password (abc), the following error
occurs:
Login failed: LDAP Status: Local Status: Fail.
We are running NewGenLib version 3.0.4 Release 2 Update 2.
How do we rectify this?
