Hi Ramshirish,
The log shows that there is a authentication exception (class javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException) Go to jboss-3.2.1-tomacat...../server/default/deploy directory. You must have edited the file mail-service.xml. Open this file using a text editor. Carefully see the login information. Some mail servers expect the domain name along with login id. Also check the password. Regards Verus Solutions open source customer support, http://www.verussolutions.biz

Version 2.5 supported SMTP with out TLS. It had no support with TLS. This is required by Gmail. Version 3 series supports TLS, hence supports Gmail On Mon, 29 Oct 2012 14:22:47 +0530, ashoksatapathy [via NewGenLib] <[hidden email]> wrote: xml_version_for_mail_server.doc -- Using Opera's revolutionary email client: http://www.opera.com/mail/ |

Sir, We just checked outlook.com smtp server details. Like Gmail, outlook.com also needs TLS for authentication. This means that NGL 3.0.2(Onwards) are compatible with outlook.com NGL 2 series is not compatible with outlook.com On Wed, 31 Oct 2012 14:35:59 +0530, Ashok Kumar Satapathy [via NewGenLib] <[hidden email]> wrote: Thanks, as per your suggestion I have modified the script, still I am not successful. Thanks, if we use Gmail or outlook then TLS required, but we can put in our institutional mail server. I may be wrong. When we start work with 2.5 I came to know that we can work with mail server and send mail (transaction report)instantly. That time also some professionals configured with your support. Plz. guide me what to do.

Respected Sir, If you have a institutional mail server, please make sure that it does not need a TLS. If that criteria is met, then you can use 2.5.
