My Database connection was block

Dear, NGL
      I install NGL application, and it can run with no problems. But after I update my Avast Internet Security I got problem which unable to connect to Database. here the picture:


and here the OPAC show problem:

Greetings From NGL Team,

Once check which postgres database version services are running, Go to start > control panel > administrative Tools > services and check for the postgresql status and restart the services.
