I found this issue two days ago.That was just after the updation of the book database through the NGL workbench.

Greetings from NGL Open Source This may be a problem with Index. Please follow below steps Step 1: Stop NGL Server. This is very important Step 2: Delete the following directories a. data directory in C:/NGL3/Bibliographic_Solr b. data directory in C:/NGL3/Authority_Solr Step 3: Start NGL Server (This will automatically create the data directories again) Step 4: Run NGLIndexer present in C:/Indexer directory. You will see a terminal black window open and showing you the indexing status Once indexing completes, check your OPAC and search catalogue Looking forward to serve you. Yes sir , It is working now. That was my mistake. I deleted the whole 'Bibliographic_Solr' and 'Authority_Solr' directory instead of the 'data' directory.
