NGL Work bench: Patron ID front page not displaying

kindly help me out that only back page of patron ID card will be displayed. But front page of patron ID is not displaying. Its urgent please

check the LogoLocation="" is valid location or not in NGLWorkBenchFiles->BarcodePrinting.properties file
