NGL end of the day process

 I have downloaded the NGL end of the day process and installed it as prescribed on the site
http://www.verussolutions.biz/kb/installngleod
But when I type the user name and password, I am not able to sign in and it get struck and does not open.
Please guide me.

Are you running the EOD application on the server or on the client systems?
