NGL3 server cannot run

I try to run NGL3 server but cannot run.Only appear 1 second.. Could you help me regarding this matter?
I'm happy if you can help me by online through remote desktop sharing to install the complete system. |

The most probable problem is that either you have NOT set JAVA_HOME environment variable or did not set it at all. Please check the same. NewGenLib Open Source Team will be very happy to help you.
