Good Day Sir,

I have successfully install NEWGENLIB on my desktop, while i run the application and i was trying to setup my library on General Parameters after putting everything in it and click OK. the response i got was NOT POSTED.

please  i need help on what else to do.

There is a batch installation file available in Sourceforge.net.
Pls use that. The most probable reason for your problem is that the database schema might not be restored properly. Also While installing postgresql make sure that you selected tsearch2 in contrib section

Thank you so much for your prompt response. I have search through the sourceforge.net i cant find any batch file can you please give me a direct link to the batch file. I installed the NewGenLib 2.5 selfinstaller.

i have migrate to new version, but issue now is that when i attached a file, the file open in the opac even without authentication from the user

I am using 3.0.4 R1

please is there a way the user can be ask to authentic him/herself before having access to my attached e-resource
