NewGenLib Critical Error message

I install NewGenLib on Windows server 2003 Enterprise Edition. After finish installation, I try to test NewGenLib, but it appeared "A critical error has occured on the Newgenlib server. the folowing steps will help to send the problem to the newgenlib customer support" message. Please may you help me.
