Newgenlib in Windows Vista

Which steps should I follow to install Newgenlib in Windows Vista.

1. Install Postgresql 8.3 instead of Postgresql 8.0.
As installation of Postgresql 8.0 is not supported on Vista.

2. In C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles/ENV_VAR.txt add new property (key value pair) as shown below
POSTGRESQL_VERSION=8.3

(Even though you are installing Postgresql 8.4, still add the above property only).

Follow the rest of the installation steps as usual.
