No message error in librarian interface. but can not log in.

Dear NGL forum,

I try to log in as
userid: 1
password: abc.
but no mesage error appear, and it not appear for librarian interface too.
But if log in without password, it said incorrect password.

Could you please help me to solve this problem

try to stop the server when you enter user id and password. may be that time server get hang. if you press cntl+c then the server restart internally and will open NGL Interface application. try it.

Thank you for you help. but it still not work.
wherever I am try to log in to PostgresDB var pgadmin3, and update user_password=md5('abc')



Please help me about this issue.

sorry, i didn't understand what are you trying to say exactly,
1) you are trying to login NGLLibrary Interface or postgredqlDB?
2)postgresql server is running or not?
3)postgresql db has the data or corrupted?

Thank you for your help.

Inform you that, I try to login in Librarian Interface. But I can not login.
And I have read some post in NGL forum, I am try to update user password by use that comment line.
But it still not working.

Noted:
        - The OPAC is running properly, I can search catalog ask normal. But I can not login to librarian interface for catalog.

Hello NGL Team.

If you are using NGL 3.0 version.you need to update the password like this:

update patron set user_password='abc' where patron_id='1';

try this once.
