Not able to Launch NewGenLibDesktop

Dear Sir,

When I go to  Utilities -> Reports-> Launch NGL Desktop is not able to run and I see the Application is download from localhost (http://localhost:8080) while I'm running from the server (64.91.228.155:8080).
Please see the screen shot for detail.
How to solve this problem?

Pls check NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles/ENV_VAR.txt
There is a parameter called IPADDRESS. If its value is there as localhost change it to actual ip address of the server

Dear NGL,

It is downloading for the server (64.91.228.155) and it showed a window popup to put id and password.
I have try on my id and password but it show an error message, Check your user id and password once again .
Note: I didn't change my user id and password.

You are able to login from Librarian Application and OPAC. But you are not able to login from NGL Desktop, right? Please confirm
