Nothing happens when clicking entries in 'Refine results by'...

Good day! This problem is in OPAC. Title says it all.
Also, selecting any entries in "resort results by" dropdown gives the same result of not showing any records ("Displaying 1 to 0 of 0").

Resort results by Title and Author works fine. Search for a term that yields more than 1 result.
If you now resort by title, the results are sorted by title (This although happens by default)
If resort by author, then results are resorted by author

If you resort by Date(ascending or descending), currently system gives "Overloaded error". This error is rectified. Will be available in 3.0.3 Update 2

Strange. It does work sometimes but sometimes it doesn't. Like just now, I used a free text search and I clicked an author name in "refine results by", and it worked, but when I pressed back and clicked the other names, it returned blank results. And then when I clicked the first author name again, it doesn't work now.
