Kindly check if you have Discover.properties in C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles directory
Open the file with Wordpad and check the contents

Its case sensitive. It must be YES
Check if the below 2 lines are there

GoogleBooks.Search=YES
GoogleBooks.URL=<a href="https://www.googleapis.com/books/v1/volumes?q=${GoogleBooksSearchQuery}&amp;sensor=true">https://www.googleapis.com/books/v1/volumes?q=${GoogleBooksSearchQuery}&sensor=true
