How can I stop imposing fine for a specific period?

I have already declared the holiday lists, but I found there is a fine during holidays also.

How to restrict those holidays with without fine?

Plz. guide me. very urgent

Sir, In Administration -> Configure System -> Circulation Privilege Matrix, In Overdues section you have an option to Exclude holidays while calculating fines
