Hello, Could anyone know how to fix the following error? Thanks a lot.

Are you getting this error on the right
hand side of the screen. The screen still displaying the search
results?

This error is on the right hand side of the creen. The search results can still display. The found result is on the left hand side of the screen.

Was NGL upgraded from an older to a
newer system? If yes, in C: drive there is Directory called
Indexer. Browse into that directory.
Then you can find a file name RunIndex.bat, double click on it to start the Indexing. hi,
i also have the same error and there is no file name RunIndex.bat in c:\Indexer. the only file in C:\Indexer are NGLIndexer.jar. please help. thanks. |

i have done the following things but it still get error.
here is the thing.... i am upgrading to a new pc with a new system. my current system is ngl 3.0.3u4 and we are still running it. i go t new server n decided to setup the system again. what i do is: on old server: copy folders: Newgenlibfiles indexer ngl3 backup database on new server install win server 2008 r2, restore database paste all the folders, change detail in: ngl3\apache-tomcat-6.0.32\conf\catalina\localhost\apache-solr-auth.xml ngl3\apache-tomcat-6.0.32\webapps\root\index.html ngl3\apache-tomcat-6.0.32\webapps\root\index.jsp paste file ngl303 to 304r2u2, unzip , and : run onetimequery.bat upgrade.bat indexer.bat then i run runnglserver.bat i run smooth until i try search... it shows the same error. thanks |
