Patrons custom fields

nsid
Hi all,

I would like to inform you that the data in patrons custom fields are not stored.

I created the custom field on General Setup Parameters, but when I add the data using the patron's form and the more button to see the custom fields, it seems that they can't be stored.

Unless I do something wrong maybe this is a bug.

Thank you.

Hi,

Yes you are right the data are stored.

What I noticed and I got confused is that if you enter some data on the custom fields using the More button and before you close the record you re-visit the custom fields you won't see there the data.

The workflow:
1) On a patron record click on the more button
2) Type something in a custom field
3) Close the the window of the custom fields
4) Click again on the More button
5) The data we previously entered are not stored

If, of course, you close and save the patron record without re-enter again in the custom fields everything is ok.
