Please help me to converte records from ResourceMate to NGL?

Dear Support, I got an issue from my friend working in an organization--Chap Dai Coalition by wanting to use NGL from ResourceMate due to some difficulties on the services of ResourceMate. Do anyone have experience from this conversion? :)
