Problem in Check-out & Check-in

Sir,
I found a problem that same acc. No. and same title twice check-out at same time to a patron. How it is possible? Now I am trying to return the same acc. no. but it can’t return.  Kindly guide me how to solve this problem.

I am attaching one zip file viz; “Circulation bug fix” , please download it and put it in the c drive. Now follow the steps below to solve your problem:

1. Open circulation bug fix which is in your C drive.

2. Click on Launch.jnlp file > Start > Yes.

3. Enter your server IP(localhost), Port No(5432) and database name(newgenlib) then click on connects.

4. You will get a message call “Connection established”, click on OK.

5. Enter the accession number where you are getting the problem and click on Go. You will get a message. Click on OK.

6. Now check the status of the acc number.
