Problem in Patron ID barcode

When I scan bar code in Patron ID card during check out an 'o' is added in it and the ID is invalid. The actual ID is STU/15-18/0176 but when scanned it shows STU/O15-18/O0176. But manually it is absolutely fine. Even when I scan it in MS word window an 'O' is added. In case of barcode for book there is no problem.

Hi, this is not NGL problem
Please contact your barcode scanner vendor,
it has some settings to remove this 'O' or else please check in google.
