Problem in installation at step 11 in Windows 7

Hi.
I was installing NewGenLib and got this error at Step 11 in this link (http://www.verussolutions.biz/kb/installationNew) while installing PostGreSql.
After Clicking on OK in step 11, i get this message :
The "Secondary Logon" service is not running. This service is required for the installer to initialize the database. Please start this service and try again.
I am attaching the screenshot also

Please go to Windows Control Panel -> Administrative Tools-> Services.
There will be one service called "Secondary Logon Services", select it, right click and click on start

Now do the Postgresql installation, it will work

Thanks a lot and thanks for prompt reply.
That solved the issue.
But now When I install InstallNGL3.0, after step 4, I cannot see apache-tomcat-6.0.32 folder in  C:/NGL3, there are only two things in C:/NGL3... one is a folder BookCovers and a file InitialScripts.sql.

This means that the installation did not complete. Are you using NewGenLib 3.0.3 U3?

I installed 3.0.3 from Install NGL. And though I can see RunNGL3Server.bat in C:\InstallNGL3.0.

and apache-tomcat-6.0.32.tar.gz is also there in C:\InstallNGL3.0 , what I assume is that my installation has been gone under C:\InstallNGL3.0 only.

Still this RunNGL3Server is not installing anything. I donot have remote access.
Installation goes wrong at Step 4. When I click on Install.bat file, it executes a terminal window which closes automatically and then creates folder NGL3 but nothing in there,

1. Open Command Prompt
2. Go into InstallNGL3.0 directory (using cd \ and cd InstallNGL3.0)
3. Now type Install.bat and press enter key
You should now see a final message Build failed. Above that statement there will be an error. Select it with your mouse, right click and copy. Now send that message

Since you are using Windows 7. Please do one more step
1. Close Apache Tomcat Server
2. Go to C:/Users/<Folder name same as you are windows login> folder
3. Create an empty file output3_0_2.sql
Pls be careful regarding the extension
4. Run Install.bat again

Ok thank you. I will go through the tutorials. One more thing , what is the User ID and Password that is asked in OPAC? I typed 'newgenlib' for both but couldn;t login.
