Problem with 008 form [Cataloguing]

Hi all,

As I was trying to catalogue a record I noticed the following issue:

I used the button "More" as you see from the screenshot:

The I was entered to the form, in which I wanted to complete the 008 Marc Tag (see next screenshot):

The problem is that every time I save my record my options for the 008 tag are not saved!

Can you please help?
