good morning sir,
     I checked that in
C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles/ENV_VAR.txt

BOOK_COVERS parameter = ON
but my question is

how and where can i paste my book image in "NGL" , ( give that total path)
then only we can see that image
and which format and what is that file name to insert

Like our college icon ( Logo.jpg ) which i can already posted/inserted

In Primary Cataloguing or Modify Catalogue record
There is an option to Upload attachments (in "Other Actions")
In that you have an option to upload Book Cover. Kindly use that option
