[Request] Messages from the Sys Admin in the Home Screen?

Good day! I wonder if you can add a feature where the sys admin or head librarian can post messages/memos to the library staff in the Home screen that's visible when logging in to NGL, just beside Pending tasks?

Yes, we are planning a bulletin board functionality in OPAC. Either you can broadcast messages to all users or even to a specific user
