Restoring of newgenlib backup

Dear sir,

I have successfully installed in windows platform,  and working on newgenlib. Recently I have formatted my PC and i tried to restore my data back up in postgresql but i am unable to do that. please help me regarding this.

While taking the backup. Did you take it in compressed format or plain format?
What error are you getting?

I have taken in compressed format only..... but now back up is showing that not null error.
