I have an critical error. A box appeared and showed 'Retrieve Log File and Mail it to NewGenLib Customer Support.' I tried to do so and another box 'Retrieve Log File' appeared and tried to save the log file but didn't work out. It said 'problem arise while retrieving the log file from the server' and instruct me to send the Log File to VERUS through NewGenLib application at the server. Can you please simplify the solution? I am not an IT technician so please explain me in a layman language. Many Thanks ahead.
