RunNGL3Server Not Working

Hello everyone.

I successfully installed NGL 3.1.2 on Windows 10 and it worked very well. I repeated the installation on another computer with Windows 10, but this time, the file RunNGL3Server.bat refused to run. I tried the installation on another computer with Windows Server 2008, I had that exact same challenge, RunNGL3Server.bat refused to run. When I double-click on the file, cmd comes up and disappears very quickly like a flash of light. How do I solve that problem please?

I think u didnt set the java variables properly

first install Jdk1.6/1.7/1.8 the set the JAVA_HOME="Java_path" in system environment variables
